What You’ll Do
– Bring energy, professionalism, and personality to every event
– Lead event announcements, introductions, and crowd interactions
– Guide the event flow — from grand entrances to last dances
– Work hand-in-hand with our DJs to read the room and elevate the experience
– Engage guests through games, dances, and mic-driven moments
– Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to keep everything on track
– Help with event setup and breakdown — everyone pitches in
– Represent the Cease Fire Productions brand with excellence from start to finish
What We’re Looking For

Requirements
– Age 18 or older
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Weekend availability is a must (Saturday & Sunday)
– Comfortable with public speaking and leading a room
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Polished appearance and punctuality required
– Able to follow direction, take feedback, and work as part of a team
Bonus Points (Not Required)
– Previous experience with emceeing, announcing or hosting events
– Have a basic knowledge of a wide variety of music
– Experience and comfortability with public speaking
– Experience with working with microphones
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is based on experience, skills and event knowledge.
– Pay ranges from $17.50 to $25.00 per hour.
