With over 11 years of experience in the event world, Elana has planned and weddings all over the US, Bahamas & Mexico with clients ranging from Doctors, Lawyers, Professional Athletes, Federal Agents and the list goes on.
Elana is known for a classic timeless style that she brings to her wedding designs and her ability to provide her clients with a personal upscale planning experience. With over 11 years in the industry, her expertise has landed her several appearances on the ABC, NBC, CBS & Spectrum networks. Her work has graced the pages of Brides Magazine, The Knot Magazine, Southern Bride & Groom Magazine, Weddings Magazine & Munaluchi Bride Magazine. Such blogs as Style Me Pretty, Essence, Ebony, Aisle Perfect, Black Bride & Wedding Wire, to name a few, have featured her work. As a member of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) she has won Best Wedding $75k Budget or higher in 2016 & 2017 and Event of the Year in 2016. After being a member since 2012 she served as Vice President of Programs & Education for ILEA and currently sits as the Director of Communities for the National Society of Black Wedding & Event Professionals.

Born and raised in the small southern town of Harrisburg, NC, Crystal always had a niche for noticing details and have a great passion for making things “sizzle.” Because of her unique ability to manage details succinctly while adding her own “pop of contrast,” she knew early on she had a great passion for planning, organization, and design.
After a 16-year stint in Corporate America, she put experience and creativity to the test and thus followed my passion into the events industry. Was she scared, HELL YEAH! But she also knew that inaction breeds fear and if anyone was in charge of making her own dreams come true, it was her. So, eight years later, here she is- living life without regrets and driving a passion and mission to create moments that people will remember for a lifetime.
