Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and tear down of equipment at events.
- Assist Lead Entertainer in pre-planning and preparation of paperwork for events.
- Take general requests from the guests for the DJ.
- Assist with loading equipment into and out of event location.
- Communicate with clients, including the bride & groom (at weddings), when requested by the lead DJ.
- Understand and be able to operate the sound system when needed.
- Have a good mechanical understanding to be able to troubleshoot lighting and sound equipment issues.
- Assist DJ/MCs in engaging with guests during events.
- Assist in capturing photos and videos of DJs and entertainers at events.
- Provide Overall Event Support.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have availability on Saturdays & Sundays (Fridays are a plus).
- Availability to work an average of two to three weekends per month.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to attend monthly team meetings (Once-a-month).
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Attentive to detail.
- Punctual and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred But Not Required
- Experience with working with sound, DJ, or lighting equipment.
- Experience in the wedding industry.
- Event experience as an MC or DJ.
- Availability on Fridays or during the week.

- Competitive Pay: Earn between $15.00 – $22.50 per hour based on your experience, equipment and willingness to grow.
